Beograd, or Belgrade, is a dynamic
Eastern European capital the screams former Soviet Union but is
trying to create it's own identity. Like all major European cities it
has a vibrant old city center and a fortress overlooking the Sava and
Danube rivers. The city contains many interesting sights from museums
to it's massive St. Sveti Eastern Orthodox church. Unfortunately for
most travelers stopping through, Belgrade is better known as a party
destination with pop up night clubs and an endless variety of bars,
leaving the cities other attractions infrequently visited
